Why PiTrio exists

I'm a programmer and a passionate photographer. When I started shooting paid jobs, I ran into the thing every photographer knows: how to hand a client hundreds of photos so they can browse them comfortably, mark the best ones and tell me what they'd like changed. Email can't handle that many attachments, file-transfer links expire within a week, and nobody enjoys typing photo numbers into a spreadsheet.

So I built my own tool. What started as a helper for my own jobs grew into PiTrio — a Czech service built around the three steps every job goes through: create a gallery, upload the photos, send your client a link.

I develop and run PiTrio myself. That means the service grows around what photographers actually need — and every message from the form below lands directly with me.

Supervision & dispute resolution

Consumer protection supervision is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz. Trade licensing inspections are carried out by the competent trade licensing office.

A consumer dispute that cannot be resolved directly can be settled out of court with the ČOI or online via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Details can be found in the Terms of Service.
